What you lose is the ongoing refresh: fresh valuations and new evidence in the
chain. Think of it like a newspaper subscription — cancel and you keep all past

- None of your photos, inventory, or personal data
- No analytics (we don't use third-party analytics services)
- App Store receipt data (for subscription validation via StoreKit 2)
- Device error logs if you report a crash (optional, user-initiated)We do not:
- Transmit your photos to servers
- Call cloud APIs to process your inventory
- Track your behavior or app usage
- Share data with third parties
- Store your inventory anywhere but your deviceICLOUD BACKUPiCloud backup is optional. If you enable it, Apple stores encrypted backups
of your vault on iCloud servers. These backups are end-to-end encrypted and
covered by Apple's privacy policy.THIRD-PARTY SERVICESOwnStead uses only Apple's own frameworks (Vision for OCR, Foundation Models
for on-device extraction, iCloud for optional backup). We do not integrate

TERMS OF SERVICELast Updated: July 20261. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy downloading and using OwnStead, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the app.2. LICENSEOwnStead grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use this app on your
own devices for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app
- Attempt to extract the on-device AI models
- Use the app for commercial resale or rental
- Remove copyright or license notices
- Circumvent any security measures3. YOUR DATAYour inventory, photos, and valuations belong to you. We make no claim to
ownership. You can export everything at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF).4. SUBSCRIPTIONSThe Base subscription auto-renews monthly or annually (your choice) until
cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
There is no refund for unused time in the cycle.The Pro unlock is a one-time purchase. It does not expire, but requires an
active Base subscription to function.Free trials are seven days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you
are charged for the first month/year.5. NO WARRANTYOwnStead is provided "AS IS" without warranty. We do not guarantee the app
will be error-free, uninterrupted, or work on future iOS versions. On-device
AI results are best-effort and may not capture all item details perfectly.6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by law, ELBO International shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use
of OwnStead — including lost data, lost profits, or third-party claims.7. CRASH REPORTS & FEEDBACKIf you opt to send crash reports, you consent to ELBO International receiving
basic device logs to fix bugs. These reports are not sold or shared.8. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to
